The Angelina’s Song Foundation is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026–2027 Angelina’s Song Music Therapy Scholarship. This annual scholarship supports students pursuing a degree in music therapy who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Supporting the Next Generation of Music Therapists
Angelina’s Song is committed to supporting music therapy programs in children’s hospitals through dedicated grants and providing scholarships to future music therapists. By bringing music to patients and their families, we help create moments of comfort, expression, and healing.
Through this scholarship, we aim to invest in students who share that mission and are committed to using music therapy to positively impact pediatric healthcare.
2026–2027 Scholarship Details
Award Amount: $5,000
Eligibility: Students enrolled in an AMTA-approved Music Therapy program
Funds: Paid directly to the recipient’s university
Application Deadline: May 31, 2026
Interview Period: July 2026 (remote)
Recipient Announcement: Early August 2026
Students may apply in subsequent years if they remain enrolled in an approved Music Therapy program. Returning applicants will be reviewed alongside new candidates as part of the same evaluation process.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for students who:
Are pursuing a degree in Music Therapy at an AMTA-approved institution
Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
Demonstrate a passion for music therapy
Show involvement in their community
Align with the mission and impact of Angelina’s Song
Recipients will also have the opportunity to share their journey, attend events when possible, and help spread awareness about the power of music therapy.

Application Requirements
Applicants must submit:
Completed application form
Two letters of recommendation
Official transcript
Personal essay (written or video submission)
