Breakthroughs happen constantly in music therapy, which resonated deeply with the Angelina's Song as they reviewed this year's applications.

Breakthroughs happen constantly with music therapy, a fact that resonates deeply with the Angelina's Song Board of Directors as they reviewed this year's scholarship applications. They were reminded of music's emotional, mental, and physical power.

This year, they received 62 applications and essays and have narrowed it down to eight interviewees. Four scholarships will be awarded.

"Angelina’s Song scholarship is helping me achieve my dreams of being a music therapist by supporting and inspiring me every day to be the best therapist I can be," said Alison Edwards, a junior scholarship recipient at Temple University.

Angelina's Song established its scholarship program to help students pursue a course of study in Music Therapy at an American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) approved university.

Angelina's Song is committed to fostering the next generation of music therapists and recognizes their work's healthcare impact.
